The reporting location for this position is at Bolsa Chica State Beach. This position will work under the direction of the Sector Maintenance Chief. This position will be responsible for the daily maintenance operations of the sector (Bolsa Chica and Huntington State Beaches) to include CAMP. The incumbent will supervise all sector maintenance staff and provide leadership, technical assistance and skilled trade work on buildings, grounds and roads. The incumbent will prepare, read and study correspondence manuals, policies and directives as they relate to the maintenance function. The incumbent will also assist the Sector Maintenance Chief in the preparation of the sector’s maintenance budget by recommending Category I, roads and deferred maintenance projects/lists.
