Under close supervision of the Office Services Supervisor II, the Office Assistant (OA) is responsible for performing basic clerical duties for the Taxpayer Records Unit. The incumbent prepares back file and incoming documents for desktop scanning, scans documents, and performs quality reviews of images. The OA processes requests from business units for scanned taxpayer records. Using a personal computer to check for incoming requests will enter search criteria provided by the business units to retrieve records. Will also place the retrieved records in a designated network folder and sends email notifications to the requestor. Pending HR Approval. All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority. Multiple Positions Available.
