Under the direction of a Regional Manager, an Office Services Supervisor or lead clerical person, the Office Assistant (T) performs general clerical typist functions; providing efficient and timely clerical support and license processing services; typing general correspondence and other types of materials; maintaining facility and licensing files; processing mail; answering telephone and routine inquiries; supplying general information about licensing requirements; operating various types of office equipment. Acts as receptionist as needed. Candidate is subject to fingerprint clearance. Applications will be screened and only the most qualified will be selected for interview. Subject to the SROA/Surplus policies and the CDSS DROA procedure.
