Under close supervision of the Office Services Supervisor II within the Compliance Branch of the Special Taxes and Fees Division, the Office Assistant (General) will perform basic clerical functions such as phone reception, sorting, filing and reproduction tasks. Additionally, the employee will distribute mail, and prepare, scan and index all documents relating to Special Taxes and Fees Division programs. The position is located in high-rise building. A LEAP Certification list will be utilized. All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
1) Using your own experiences, describe the steps or any processes you have used in the past to handle irate phone calls.
2) Describe your experience in resolving competing priority assignments.
3) Please describe your experience and knowledge of computer programs.
