All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.Under general direction of the Staff Service Manager II, the Analyst performs complex technical budget work related to the development and analysis of proposals affecting the Board of Equalization's (Board) budget and fiscal operations. The Analyst's responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to, participation in the review, analysis, and development of Budget Change Proposals (BCPs), new legislation, and feasibility study reports. The Analyst develops/maintains spreadsheets and utilizes Microsoft office suite. Knowledge of computer software programs, good communication, interpersonal, analytical, and customer service skills a required. The position is located in a high-rise building. The position requires the incumbent to be fingerprinted. Applicants must submit a complete Standard State Application (STD. 678) with eligibility listed. 3. Describe the relationship between budgeting and accounting.

In addition, the first interview will consist of a Microsoft Excel exam. Will also consider a (n) Associate Governmental Program Analyst.
