Job Description:
The reporting location for this position is the Malibu Lagoon State Beach – Historic Adamson House and Museum .This position will work under the direction of the Malibu Sector Superintendent. This position will manage the collection associated with the Historic Adamson House and Malibu Lagoon Museum. This supervisory position will also assist in the coordination of volunteers and tours that are associated with the site. This is an opportunity to oversee cultural resources of a valuable historic house, its contents, museum collection and its formal gardens. The Museum Curator I will take an active role in the restoration and maintenance of this cultural and natural resource. State housing is not available.
