JOB DESCRIPTION :
Under the general direction of an Administrator I, the Tax Program Supervisor (TPS) oversees one of four Fraud Technician Teams. The TPS assures that the individuals are assigned tasks according to their abilities and the business needs of the section. The TPS develops, motivates, and coaches team members to help the section meet its goals. The TPS assists with making decisions on operational and personnel issues and recommends changes of policies and operating procedures. The TPS also assists in performing and reviewing the work assigned to his/her team.
