JOB DESCRIPTION :
The Associate Systems Software Specialist will be a member of the ISV unit in support of the Independent Software Vendor system & critical products running on the mainframe. The incumbent is responsible for implementing, customizing and maintaining software products. Resolving complex technical problems related to software products. Acts as a technical consultant on projects as well as to users, application staff and management. Develops, gathers, documents and reports metrics on performance.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :

Technical knowledge of computer operating systems
Experience working in an environment of multiple systems
Product installation and maintenance
Knowledge of z/OS, JES2 and I/O processing
Working knowledge of TSO/ISPF, CLIST, REXX, programming languages
