The reporting location for this position is at Headquarters in Sacramento. This position will work under the direction of the Accounting Administrator II Supervisor. This position will plan, organize, and direct the accounting activities of six professional and semiprofessional staff within the Support and Travel and Office of Revolving Fund Unit (ORF). The Travel and ORF Unit is responsible for processing payments, auditing and reconciling AMEX, Calaters claims including manual TEC, Relocation claims, Petty Cash and Change Fund reimbursements, processing Travel Advance, Salary advance, Uniform allowance yearly and February 1st, and other activities related to Travel and ORF including reconciliation of ORF each month. Knowledge of CALSTARS, PC experience, Microsoft Word and Excel is required. State housing is not available.
