Job Description:
All applicants will be considered; SROA/Surplus are given priority. Under the direction of an Assistant Chief Counsel and Supervising Tax Counsel in the Legal Department, this position functions as a Contracts Attorney and performs duties related to the Board's activities entering into and managing contracts under State Contracting laws. If you are not a state employee, you must be on a current list for Tax Counsel III or Staff Counsel III (www.spb.ca.gov) and be reachable for this classification. The Department has a critical need for attorneys with State Contracting Law experience. Positions will be based in the U.S. Bank Tower Building, Sacramento.
