The reporting location for this position is at Headquarters located in Sacramento. This position will work under the direction of the Accounting Administrator I Supervisor. The incumbent will assist in all aspects of processing the report of collection (ROC) received from all park units and district offices for Northern Division. This includes checking for signatures and that all required documentation is attached to the ROC. The incumbent will prepare and key the dishonored check letters and mail them to the individuals. Knowledge of CALSTARS, PC experience, MS Word and MS Excel is required. State housing is not available. For further information regarding this position, please contact Jalpa Dani at (916) 653-8174.
