Under the general direction of a Business Taxes Administrator II (Principal), the Office Technician (OT) – Typing independently performs a wide variety of the most difficult administrative and office support duties that require confidentiality and a substantial degree of autonomy. The OT-Typing is expected to consistently exercise a high degree of initiative, independence and originality in performing their assigned tasks. Meeting the training requirements for this position may require overnight travel for one or more consecutive days. All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority. The position is located in a high-rise building. The position requires the incumbent to be fingerprinted.

3) Describe your experience in gathering date and electronic reports. Did you prepare these documents in Microsoft Excel or in Word? How was this utilized and who was the recipient?
