THIS IS A LIMITED TERM, FULLTIME POSITION WHICH MAY BECOME PERMANENT.
Under the direction of the Facilities Manager, a Staff Services Manager I, and close functional direction from an Associate Governmental Program Analyst, the responsibilities of this position include general cleaning of the offices and common area of the various office buildings located within the District 1 Office Complex.
Areas include but are not limited to: conference rooms, corridors, lobbies, cafeteria, and rest rooms. Maintains ornamental planting in and around the buildings and parking areas, maintains parking areas, and cleans walkways and sidewalks. Maintains assigned equipment, tools, and storage area.
Required to operate state-owned vehicles in the performance of assignment, must possess a valid driver's license.
To be considered for this position, you must be a current state employee with transfer eligibility, be on an eligibility list for the classification, or have reinstatement rights as a former civil servant.
