JOB DESCRIPTION :

The Operational Support Team has a new and exciting opportunity for highly motivated individual who enjoys communicating and working with others across the enterprise. Under the general supervision of an Administrator I, the incumbent will provide support to FTB collection programs administered by the Accounts Receivable Management Division. This includes acting as the Electronic Levy Program (eLevy) coordinator conducting outreach with financial institutions and coordinating tasks with Technology Services Division representatives. In addition, the incumbent will assist the FIRM Lead Analyst in conducting analytical research, providing compliance and metrics reports, and processing reimbursement invoices for the FIRM Program.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
Knowledge of ARM Division collection programs and polices.
Experience with ARCS, TI, BETS, and ARMR.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment to produce high quality work.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
