Job Description:
The Offices Services Surpervisor I (Typing) is responsible for the supervision of five or more clerical staff & performs a variety of complex duties under the direct supervision of the Regional Manager.

The OSSI directs the activities of the clerical staff & may directly handle complex or sensitive district reports & correspondence. The OSSI may need to assign, directs, & coordinate the handling of clerical activities such as phone coverage, mail handling, fingerprint processing, establishing files, & filing & typing. The OSSI assigns & monitors office workloads to assure timely & quality production with the clerical unit. Ensures maintenance of control records & logs for office controls.
