Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager II (SSM II), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst will independently perform the more responsible, varied, and complex technical analytical staff services assignments/duties related to the Tax Revenue Branch.
The incumbent’s responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to, independently analyzing operational, staffing, and equipment needs of the Tax Revenue Branch; leading teams tasked with identifying operational opportunities and implementing new processes; and analyzing and determining the impact of proposed workflows to the business. All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority. The position is located in a high-rise building. The position requires the incumbent to be fingerprinted.
