Job Description:
Under the general direction of the unit Supervisor, the incumbent provides clerical support for the Petitions Section. This includes, but is not limited to, phone reception, mail delivery and preparation, document reproduction, filing, indexing, creating files, preparing letters and memos, etc. Candidate must be willing to work until 5:00 p.m. This position is located in a high rise building. All applicants will be considered however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.

Interested candidates must submit a completed state application identifying their list eligibility and rank, and a copy of their most current typing certificate.
