Job Description:

Applicants must submit a complete Standard State Application (STD 678), which must be received by the final filing date, to be considered. Please include the position number on the application. The position is located in a high-rise building. The position requires the incumbent to be fingerprinted.

Applies knowledge of sales/use & district tax laws and regulations to process complex tax returns and adjust state, local & district tax funding as necessary. Contacts taxpayers to obtain corrected tax return information for processing adjustments and explain basic sales/use & district tax laws and regulations. Ability to perform training duties when needed. “Limited term position; may become permanent”
