Job Description:
The reporting location for this position is the Central Valley District Office located in Columbia. This position will work under the direction of the District Administrative Chief. This position will be responsible for planning and oversight of a full range of administrative programs, including contract preparation and coordination within the district, business services, procurement, accounting, and public contact. This position functions as part of the district core staff; working closely with the managers and supervisors in all sections of the operation, as well as providing a critical link between district and headquarters offices. This is a fast paced working office. The successful candidate should have a grasp of details in the areas of contracting, and business services, as well as the ability to work as a strong team member with other supervisory staff.
