Job Description:

Under the general direction of the Supervisor, Technology Unit, the Business Taxes Compliance Specialist performs headquarters staff specialist work. The position assists in developing and implementing operating policies and procedures for the statewide Automated Compliance Management System (ACMS) under the functional guidance of the team leader, a Business Taxes Specialist II. This position also conducts various types of research and attends meetings. The ACMS Support Team has full responsibility for monitoring and maintaining the ACMS. The position is located in a high-rise building.
