Job Description:
Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager I, Administration Unit, Office of Program and Fiscal Affairs, the Executive Assistant will provide executive staff support and assistance on sensitive agency or program issues for all Assistant Secretaries in the Office of Program and Fiscal Affairs; provide administrative assistance and secretarial support to the Assistant Secretaries; and general office management throughout the Health and Human Services Agency. While day-to-day assignments will be made by the Staff Services Manager I, Administration Unit, the Executive Assistant will Executive Assistant will receive assignments from all levels within the Office of Program and Fiscal Affairs, including exempt appointees and other CEAs. WHO MAY APPLY: Priority will be given to candidates with Surplus/SROA status. Reinstatements, lateral transfers and candidates who are currently on a certification employment list are encouraged to apply.
