Job Description:
This manager is responsible for organizing, staffing, directing, supervising and controlling the activities of the Corporate Financial Obligations Unit. This Unit consists of three teams of Natural Adabas main frame programmers and three senior leads. The activities of this unit’s staff include system design, requirements gathering, construction, and testing of system changes to implement legislative mandates and discretionary work on our integrated main frame system. This unit manager is responsible for the success of their staff in implementing projects and other assignments. The candidate must possess strong leadership and decision making skills as well as seasoned verbal and written communication skills.
