MONTHLY SALARY MAY BE REDUCED PER BARGAINING UNIT CONTRACT
REQUIREMENTS: THIS POSITION IS ONLY BEING OFFERED TO LATERAL TRANSFERS. Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation Employees require an Employee Opportunity Transfer package per the DOM Section 33010.21. Please submit a copy of your last performance evaluation.
POSITION DESCRIPTION: This is the first working supervisory level in the general storekeeping series. Incumbents may either (1) supervise the receipt, storage, issuance, and shipping of a volume of varied supplies requiring moderately complex storage practices in a redistribution or point-of-use warehouse or supply room; or (2) have charge of stores in a small state institution or agency; or (3) assume equivalent duties and responsibilities in assisting a higher grade warehouse supervisor. Specific duty statements available upon request.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS: Good verbal and written communication skills.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The following methods of appointment may be considered: DROA, SROA, Surplus, current State employees in this classification, lateral transfers who have transfer eligibility, and reinstatements.
