Responsible for organizing, staffing, directing, supervising and controlling the activities of the Enterprise Implementation Support Unit to ensure quality assurance testing and implementation of business requirements to meet tax program needs. This includes analysis, testing and documentation for all computer system software developed by Board of Equalization (BOE) staff. Quality Assurance, as well as Unit, System and User testing experience required. Candidate must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
