Job Description:
Under the direction of an Office Services Supervisor II the Office Assistant (T) performs general clerical typist functions; providing efficient & timely clerical support & processing services; typing general correspondence & other types of materials; processing mail; answering telephone & routine inquiries; supplying general information about Background Check requirements; operating various types of office equipment. Acts as receptionist as needed. Candidate is subject to fingerprint clearance. Applications will be screened and only the most qualified will be selected for interview.
