The mission of the Office of Information Services (OIS) is to leverage the most effective information technologies available to achieve ARB’s program goals.
The IT Operations Section is responsible for providing support for Mobile Computing, Enterprise Services, Central Communications, IT Purchasing and Reporting, and Asset Management. Under general direction of the Data Processing Manager III of the IT Operations and Support Branch, the Sr ISA (Supervisor) will supervise a staff of 10 IT professionals.
The successful candidate should have strong leadership abilities and customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and experience supervising a staff of IT professionals. The candidate should demonstrate a compelling knowledge of information technology and the state's directions in the administration and oversight of IT including: Project Management, OCIO initiatives and reporting requirements, IT Procurement, IT Budgets, and control agency responsibilities and policies. The successful candidate should possess the skills to develop and present written and verbal reports to policy makers; and the ability to work effectively with customers, management, vendors, Office of Information Technology, OCIO, and other governmental agencies.
