Under general direction of the Business Taxes Administrator (BTA) III, Motor Carrier Office (MCO), the incumbent exercises a high degree of initiative, independence and originality in performing a wide variety of the most difficult administrative, clerical, and technical support functions for the MCO with minimal supervision. The incumbent independently performs attendance coordination and training coordination for managers, supervisors and staff in MCO. This position may include the handling of sensitive and/or confidential materials and also acts as back up to the receptionist for MCO. Candidates need to submit typing certificate with application. All applicants will be considered; however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
