JOB DESCRIPTION :
Under the general direction of the Section Manager, working through Administrator I supervisors, you plan and direct the activities of a group of teams engaged in the collection of delinquent accounts. You will manage and provide second level supervision to a collection contact center unit responding to high volumes of incoming contacts resulting from automated collection system notices, levies, and liens; or a large collection unit engaged in outbound collection contacts and stepped up enforcement actions on cases that did not resolve in the automated or early stage collection processes. You will have final responsibility for your unit meeting prescribed customer service access levels, work plans, and quality assurance goals, in an engaging and professional enviroment condusive to high productivity, high morale, and staff development.

PIT Collection Contact Center Unit Manager, PIT Billing and Collection Bureau
BE Early Stage Collection Unit Manager, BE Collection Bureau
BE Late Stage Collection Manual Process Unit Manager, BE Collection Bureau
