Job Description:
Under supervision of the manager and in partnership with the management team, the employee is responsible for a variety of analytic, administrative, and technical functions critical to the daily operations in an Unemployment Insurance (UI) environment. Acts as a program consultant researching and analyzing program statistical data, including analyzing data produced by office reviews, documenting actions based on findings, and measuring results from Quality Reviews & FOBES. Assists management in tracking and monitoring the budgets, benefits, and OE&E.Assists management in developing and implementing PAC goals and improvement plans. Provides other duties as assigned. UI experience required. T&D assignment will be considered, position may become permanent.
