Two (2) permanent, full-time Pharmacy Technician vacancies exists at the Folsom State Prison. The Pharmacy Technician may also be required to work at the new Folsom Women’s Facility (FWF).

The Pharmacy Technician, under the direct supervision of a Pharmacy Techniciann a State Correctional Facility, assists in the operation of a facility pharmacy and performs other service and technical pharmacy work which does not require a license. A detailed duty statement is available on request.
***Through July 30, 2013, full-time employees’ monthly pay will be reduced by 4.62% in exchange for eight (8) hours of leave. Part-time employees shall be subject to the pay reduction on a pro-rated basis consistent with their time base. The above salary does not reflect this reduction.
