Title: STAFF SERVICES ANALYST (GENERAL)
Salary: $2,817.00 - $4,446.00

JOB DESCRIPTION :
Under the general supervision of the Office Services Manager I, Employment Processing and Transportation Services Unit, the incumbent is responsible for providing analytical and technical assistance of average difficulty in support of the of the Section’s mission. Independently responsible for researching and responding to EDD unemployment claims and audits through the ability to interpret and apply policy and procedure. Assists in conducting studies and preparing analysis for Regional Transit, including month-end reports, charts, and spreadsheets. Is the coordinator for the Human Resources Business Resumption Plan. Is the PC Coordinator for Personnel Services Section and Exam Unit. Maintain knowledge, skills and abilities to support and perform duties of Employee Transportation Coordinator and Pre-Employment Processing specialists.

Current state employees with status in the above classification or lateral transfers from an equivalent class, former state employees who can reinstate into this class or persons who are reachable on a current employment list for this classification. A training and development assignment (T & D) will also be considered. All appointments are subject to SROA/Surplus hiring provisions.
