Job Description:

District 8 - Riverside/San Bernardino - R/F.

Under the direction of a CT Maintenance Manager I, will perform a variety of complex clerical duties in support of a field staff of more than 200. Will operate a computer with word processing and spreadsheet programs. Will answer oral and written correspondence, complaints and inquiries from the public and field personnel. Will work with employee benefit and pay forms and warrants; record material purchases, expenditures and allocations; maintain office files, records, reports and files.

Typing certificate for 40 wpm required. NOTE: Position is intermittent and is intended to be staffed during each winter season. Will consider list eligibles and lateral transfers. All candidates must submit an application (STD 678) which will be screened and only the most qualified will be interviewed.
