Job Description:
TAX TECHNICIAN II - Under the general supervision of the Senior Forest Property Appraiser, the Tax Technician II independently performs a full range of complex analytical, review, and technical functions to control registration of taxpayers and account maintenance for timber harvesters subject to the timber yield tax.
Incumbent must be able to perform the essential job functions (*) with or without reasonable accommodations.
TAX TECHNICIAN I - Under the close direction of the Principal Property Appraiser, and direct supervision of the Senior Forest Property Appraiser, the Tax Technician I performs a variety of technical duties to support the registration of timber tax accounts.
Incumbent must be able to perform the essential job functions (*) with or without reasonable accommodations.
Job is located in a high-rise building. All applicants will be considered; however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
