Under the direction of the Education Administrator of the Quality Improvement Office (QIO) in the Child Development Division (CDD), the person selected for this position will become a member of a team committed to the improvement of child care and development programs and services for children throughout the State. Duties include the independent development, maintenance, preparation and reconciliation of the budget for the CDD’s QIO. This position is responsible for the preparation of budgetary documents, including reports and standard and interagency agreements, and the review and analysis of relevant materials such as laws and regulations, management memos, reports, budgets, and legislation.
Ability to reason logically and creatively to resolve complex problems
Ability to analyze laws and regulations, management memos, reports, budgets, and legislation and formulate recommendations based on statistical data
Ability to establish and maintain collaborative partnerships with individuals and groups possessing varied backgrounds and perspectives
Experience working with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Access
