JOB DESCRIPTION :
Under the general direction of the AD II (Manager, OEDS/H&S/EAP), the incumbent ensures that the Organizational & Employee Development Services Unit (OEDS) provides high quality services aligned with the enterprise strategic plan to enhance organizational effectiveness and develop employees at all levels. Key services include providing leadership development programs, enterprise training classes and programs, and management consulting for employee performance improvement. The incumbent works to continually improve the value and effectiveness of the Unit’s services to FTB.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES :
Organizational and employee development experience.
Project management experience.
Demonstrated performance encouraging positive relationships, creating high job satisfaction, encouraging success, showing understanding, and being trusting and supportive.
Experience in administering workforce and succession planning programs.
Involvement in a diversity of activities, program areas, and/or positions that have provided you with a greater understanding and apprecitation for the broader perspective of the department/enterprise.
