Detailed? Team player? Creative? Then you may be right for the Document Management and Intake Unit analyst position in the ePublishing Section. This position supports the BOE’s form intake and management program by acting as the agency’s single point of contact to input all work products into a centralized database designed to track, calendar, and describe all workload scheduled to be printed or mailed by the BOE Print and Mail Services Units for distribution. Individual must possess strong interpersonal and analytical skills, be accurate and focused on detail, develop innovative solutions, and have a desire to succeed. This position reports to the manager of the Document Management and Intake Unit and is located in a high rise building. All applicants will be considered; however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority. The position is located in a high-rise building. Training and Development assignments may be considered.
