Job Description:
The Customer Service and Publishing Division is recruiting to fill a Staff Services Manager I position in the Document Management and Intake Unit. This area is responsible for planning, organizing, supervising, and directing the administration of the BOE’s forms intake and management program. The manager must have excellent writing and verbal skills and be familiar with print production environments. Individual must possess strong interpersonal, managerial, and analytical skills, be accurate and focused on detail; develop innovative solutions and have a desire to succeed. Because the manager will interact on a regular basis with tax program representatives and other stakeholders, he or she must possess leadership skills that can promote collaboration and consensus building. Individual should have a proven record of supervision, human resource management and budgets. This position reports to the Manager of the ePublishing Section. All applicants will be considered; however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority. Training and Development assignments may be considered. The position is located in a high-rise building.
