Job Description:
The Board of Equalization is looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual with program management and extensive project management experience for our Strategic Project Office within Technology Services Department. As a program manager for the Digital BOE Program, you will coordinate the planning, execution, and oversight of multiple projects within the program. As a project manager you will manage all aspects of projects, applying the Agency’s project management methodology. You will be working with multiple project teams in a complex, fast paced environment.
Must have knowledge of: Information technology concepts, basics of operating systems, requirements management, cost-benefit analysis, data standards, leadership, communications and human resource management, risk/issue/change management, business process reengineering, information technology performance management/measurement, system life cycle, project management, procurement and vendor relationship management, organizational change management, and strategic planning. The position is located in a high-rise building. All applicants will be considered; however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
