Job Description:
Under the general direction of a Lead Person, the Associate Tax Auditor reviews audits performed by field auditors and field billing orders for the proper application of the Board’s laws, regulations and policies and processes the on-line billing or refund. This involves a detailed examination of audit reports and working papers for proper administration of Board laws, regulations and policies. The Associate Tax Auditor also reviews audit claims for refund and processes them in accordance district office recommendations and departmental policies. The position is located in a high-rise building. All applicants will be considered; however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
