The Compliance and Technology Section has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual who enjoys a stimulating and rewarding environment. Under the general direction of the Business Taxes Administrator II in the Compliance and Technology Section’s Technology Unit, the Staff Information Systems Analyst provides a variety of technical services to support the Sales and Use Tax Department. The incumbent primarily provides advice, recommendations, and support related to information technology systems, information technology, computer and related equipment issues; develops, plans and offers recommendations addressing the Sales and Use Tax Department’s technology, computer and related equipment needs; and coordinates all information technology activities between the Sales and Use Tax Department (SUTD) and the Technology Services Division (TSD). The position also administers the Board’s User Security System in the Sales and Use Tax Department. The position is located in a high-rise building. All applicants will be considered; however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
