Job Description:
As a member of the Office Services Support team, serves as the Technology Services Department Attendance Coordinator responsible for a roster of approximately 200 staff, and various other complex clerical responsibilities. Incumbent must possess a high degree of independence, initiative, and strong organizational and time management skills. May serve as back up support to the Administrative Assistant. Must have ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff including Executive Management. Experience in Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word and Excel is desirable. The position is located in a high-rise building. All applicants will be considered; however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
