Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, performs the following administrative duties for the Division of Labor Standards enforcement:
Greet and assists visitors to the Labor Commissioner’s office at the public counter; answers the three incoming telephone lines, provide information and direction to callers;
Type letters, memos, reports forms and performs data entry;
Open, processes and distributes mail; processes invoices.
Scans, copies, faxes and maintain files. Perform other duties as required.
