Job Description:
Under the general direction of a Business Taxes Administrator III (District Administrator), the Office Technician (OT) – Typing independently performs a wide variety of the most difficult administrative and support duties that require confidentiality and a substantial degree of autonomy. incumbent to be fingerprinted. All applicants will be considered, however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority. In addition to the Standard State Application (STD. 678) no more than a two page typed response to the following supplemental questions must be submitted with your application. Supplemental Questionnaire (1) Describe your experience in preparing electronic reports. Did you prepare the document in Microsoft Excel or Word? How was the report utilized and who was the recipient? 2. Describe the nature of and your experience in maintaining confidential information. Was this information in hard copy or electronic? How did you ensure that there was no breach of confidentiality? Applications submitted without a completed questionnaire will not receive further consideration for this position.
