Job Description:
Under the general direction of a Supervising Property Appraiser, the Senior Specialist Property Appraiser independently performs and/or leads others in complex appraisal review and assessment practices survey assignments throughout California. Candidate must be able to perform the following essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations. The supplemental questionnaire must be submitted with the application. This position is located in the Natomas area. Travel required 50% of the time. All applicants will be considered; however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
