Job Description:
Under close supervision of the Office Services Supervisor II within the Special Taxes Policy & Compliance Division, the Office Assistant (General) will perform basic clerical functions such as phone reception, sorting, filing and reproduction tasks. Additionally, the employee will distribute mail, and prepare, scan and index all documents relating to Special Taxes and Fees programs. The position is located in a high-rise building. All applicants will be considered; however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
