LIMITED TERM WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF BECOMING PERMANENT IN THE FUTURE. ** JOB DESCRIPTION: DUTIES: THE CORRECTIONAL COUNSELOR II (SPECIALIST) IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CASEWORK FUNCTIONS OF AN ASSIGNED UNIT AND SERVES AS A CASEWORK/CLASSIFICATION CONSULTANT TO CUSTODIAL AND TREATMENT/CLINICAL STAFF. THE POSITION SERVES AS RECORDER FOR WARDEN’S FULL CLASSIFICATION COMMITTEE AND SERVES AS BACKUP COVERAGE TO THE CORRECTIONAL COUNSELORS WORKING IN THE ASSIGNED UNITS.
