This Research Scientist (RS) II (Epidemiology/Biostatistics) position is with the Epidemiology, Evaluation, and Data Operations Section, Epidemiology, Assessment and Program Development Branch within the Maternal, Child and Adolescent Health (MCAH) Division. This RS II position is limited-term, but will be filled as permanent. This position is located in mid-town Sacramento, east of the State Capitol.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the general supervision of a Research Scientist Supervisor II, the RS II will conduct scientific research and public health evaluation studies related to maternal, child and adolescent health (MCAH) populations and programs, including Teen Pregnancy Prevention, infant health, and maternal health programs. Provides scientific and statistical technical consultation to internal and external stakeholders.
