Due to the current Governor’s Hiring Freeze order, this position is subject to hiring freeze requirements. Appointments may be subject to a freeze exemption approval and clearance of the State Restriction of Appointment (SROA), Departmental Restriction of Appointment (DROA) lists and or Reemployment lists.
Under the direct supervision of the Correctional Case Records Supervisor, the Correctional Case Records Analyst (CCRA) will perform difficult and complex technical work in processing, maintenance and control of inmate records. Prepare documents and records information relating to inmate classification, transfer, releases from and return to prison and other actions affecting legal status. Will be responsible for the processing, maintenance and control of inmates’ records in order to calculate term and release dates.
