Job Description:
Under the direction of a Senior Right of Way Agent (R/W), the Associate R/W Agent is responsible for the more complex and technically detailed acquisition function for properties being acquired for State transportation projects. Maintains both manual records and electronic databases, keeping them current and complete while receiving minimal supervision in performing various Right of Way Acquisition functions for the District 7 Right of Way Project Delivery.

Will only consider Inter-Office, inter-district, and lateral transfers. Applicants will be pre-screened and only the most qualified will be interviewed. Applicants must meet all hiring freeze guidelines. Duty Statements available upon request.
