Job Description:
This position is in Sacramento, CA. Under the general direction of the Business Taxes Administrator III, the Office Technician (Typing) independently performs a wide variety of administrative and clerical duties. Incumbent is responsible for the maintenance of attendance records for the Centralized Collection Section and assists staff in the completion of their employment benefits documentation. Incumbent is also expected to maintain the confidentiality of employee records and information. Incumbent may be required to travel overnight for training as needed and must be able to work in a high rise building. This position may become a permanent position. A LEAP Certification List will be utilized. The position requires the incumbent to be fingerprinted. All applicants will be considered; however, SROA/Surplus will be given priority.
